Withdrawal and refunds

• 14 days to withdraw after each payment; only unused images are refunded because the Service starts immediately at your request.

• "Withdraw from the contract" button in My account › Billing.

• Cancel your subscription online at any time, effective at the end of the period.

• Used credits are never refunded; machine-translation quality is not guaranteed.

Refund = amount paid − (images translated since the payment × unit price of the offer). Pay-as-you-go: 0,025 € per image used.
