Terms of sale

XTRION, sole trader (French micro-entreprise). Contact: xtriontechnologie@gmail.com. No VAT is charged (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code).

Monthly or annual subscriptions with a number of translated images per period; pay-as-you-go credits at 0,025 € per image, no expiry while the account is active; voluntary support contributions (not tax-deductible donations). One credit = one processed image. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Monthly credits are used before purchased credits. Purchases above 200 € are checked manually before credits are added; if declined, the payment is fully refunded.

Prices in euros on the Pricing page, payable on order by card through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; annual subscribers receive a reminder before renewal. Price changes apply to new orders; current subscribers are notified at least 30 days before the relevant renewal and may cancel.

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw. At checkout, the consumer expressly requests that the Service start immediately. If they withdraw, they pay for the service supplied until withdrawal (images translated × unit price of their offer) and the balance is refunded; once all purchased credits have been used, the service is fully performed and withdrawal is no longer possible.

Withdraw with the "Withdraw from the contract" button in My account › Billing (available for 14 days after each payment) or by any clear statement sent to xtriontechnologie@gmail.com. Refunds within 14 days.

Cancel online at any time from My account › Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; credits remain usable until then. Outside withdrawal and the legal guarantee, the current period is not refunded.

The legal guarantee of conformity for digital services applies, assessed against the description of the Service (imperfect machine translation is not a lack of conformity). Otherwise no refund is due for used credits, unused monthly credits, dissatisfaction with machine translation, incompatible websites, misuse or suspension for breach. Images whose translation fails entirely are not charged. Unused purchased credits are refunded pro rata if the Service closes permanently.

Unjustified chargebacks lead to immediate account suspension; evidence of the order and use is provided to the bank.

Complaints are handled through the online support service (My account › Support: https://mangadialog.fr/dashboard/tickets?new=1) or at xtriontechnologie@gmail.com, with a reply within 5 business days. French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.
